Aron serves as the Chief Leadership Strategist and Principal at A-Game Leadership, where he draws upon his extensive experience as a former C-Level executive and Business Creator to support individuals and organizations in realizing their leadership potential. With a background spanning over 25 years in managerial and executive roles, A-Game Leadership Group was established with the mission to coach and educate aspiring leaders, executives, and managers across various sectors, including non-profits, corporations, and government agencies, to cultivate high-performing teams that deliver impactful results.

Throughout his career, Aron has embraced diverse leadership roles, from teaching conflict resolution to Bosnian and Croatian teens affected by war to advocating for adults with developmental disabilities as an Executive Director of a L’Arche Community. As an Executive at The Children’s Village, he designed and secured millions in funding for transformative programs benefiting older teens transitioning out of the child welfare system. During his tenure as COO of the Black AIDS Institute, Aron prioritized building organizational infrastructure to drive sustainable growth and impact in the fight against HIV/AIDS.   Aron is a seasoned expert in the non-profit sector with a successful track record in program, resource management, and program analysis and evaluation.

Aron is recognized as a sought-after keynote speaker, known for his unique blend of storytelling and practical insights that captivate audiences and stimulate meaningful dialogue. Drawing from his journey of overcoming adversity, including growing up in foster care and overcoming being born drug dependent, he inspires others to embrace resilience and drive positive change in their lives and communities.
