In their current role as Training Coordinator for the Global Kinship Center, Alysha continues to build on their extensive experience, a position they previously held with distinction in another organization. 

Alysha combines expertise in change management, corporate training, IT, and project management to deliver impactful training and development programs. Their career is further distinguished by service as a Knowledge Manager in the United States Air Force, where they developed skills in strategic communication and organizational effectiveness.
