Francine Rahe: Director of Trainer Development
Francine Rahe is a seasoned and prominent professional in the personal, business, and leadership training industry with over 30 years of experience. She has been a proud International Coaching Federation (ICF) member since 2014 and the founder of Diamond Coaching Academy, whose inaugural class graduated 19 people who were able to qualify for their ICF credentials. Francine co-founded both Gratitude and AMP Trainings, which have graduated over 15,000 students. She earned the designation of Master Trainer in 2014 and is loved by her students and clients worldwide for her compassionate, direct, and visionary approach.
She received her first coaching certification in 1994 from CCI - Corvelle Coaching Institute with a concentration in Life and Leadership Coaching. Her second coaching certification came from R.A.C. - Resource Associates Corporation, in 2006. In 2007, she graduated from the esteemed Trainer Designs Global, led by world-acclaimed Master Trainers, Dr. Ray Blanchard and Bettie Spruill. She was 1 of 22 coaches and principals invited to participate in the FIRESIDE FORUM, a documentary designed to further explore the principles revealed in the movie, THE ANSWER TO ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.
Francine has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Business Management and a Masters Degree in History. She spent decades as a Financial Controller, Chief Financial Officer, & Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the success of several companies. She is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Western Governors University (WGU) and is excited about pursuing this new chapter of her life. She privately coaches CEOs and leaders, leveraging her finance background. Francine authored “Creating Family Teams” and “Coaching to Win,” used in various leadership programs and sales development processes. Her “Create a Year to Remember” course employs innovative technologies with a curriculum that guarantees extraordinary results to committed participants.
Francine has a passion for mythological and religious studies. She is an empathic intuitive, certified in breathwork, and an Energy Practitioner trained by Connie Kean, the founder of Quantum Energy Infusion. Francine combines her extensive experience to create impactful coaching programs and training and is considered a master workshop and training designer. From her first coaching client in 1993 to her initial solo facilitator training in 2005, she has accumulated over 35,000 coaching hours and has facilitated more than 500 in-person and more than 50 virtual training events.
Francine’s most precious accomplishment is being the mother to 3 children, now all adults. “My vision for the world loves unconditionally, and I can give and receive love profoundly because of them.”
